Fixtures

Saturday morning is a big day for our Thurles U10s who have been selected to play in the Aviva Mini Rugby Festival which is being held at Old Crescent RFC at 11am.

This weekend’s fixtures kick off tomorrow morning with the u16 girls at 10:30am as they face Bruff in a friendly. This game will be followed by their u18 counterparts as they launch their league campaign at 11:30am.

Our u16 boys will follow suit as they also take on Bruff at 1pm on Sunday and the u18 boys continue their Pan Munster campaign in Ennis at 1pm on Saturday.

Moving to our senior fixtures, the 2nd XV will play Kilfeacle away on Saturday at 2:30pm and the Senior Women’s round 2 league game has unfortunately been postponed.

This Sunday our 1st XV welcome Richmond in the third round of the league, all support for the men will be much appreciated aa they drive on with their Division 1 campaign.

We are honoured to also celebrate the 50th anniversary of Thurles RFC 1971 Garryowen Cup Winning team on Sunday. A gathering will be held in the clubhouse after the game and a great night will be had as old teammates will be joined by friends. All are welcome.
